We collect business contact information provided voluntarily through our services, including name, email address, phone number, and business address. We also collect usage data to operate and improve our platform.
Information is used solely to deliver our services, communicate about your account, and fulfill our contractual obligations. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
CoreSight Systems, and the businesses using the CoreSight platform, may send SMS text messages related to service operations, including appointment confirmations and reminders, quote and proposal notifications, job and service status updates, and account-related communications.
Customers and staff provide consent to receive these messages through their relationship with the CoreSight client business — for example, when requesting service, scheduling an appointment, or providing a phone number to the business. CoreSight clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from their own customers before messaging them through the platform.
Message frequency varies based on service activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, after which you will receive no further messages except a confirmation of opt-out. For help, reply HELP or contact us at coresight.systems@gmail.com. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties.
We retain client data for the duration of the service agreement plus 12 months, unless otherwise specified in writing.
